Dates rolled by hand with almonds, cashews and pistachios into a dense, seed-flecked ladoo — coarse enough that you can still pick out every nut rather than a smooth paste. No refined sugar and no preservatives, made in small batches, which is why they are meant to be eaten within a fortnight rather than kept in a cupboard.
