Where we deliver

Nagpur city only, PIN codes 440001 to 440037. Checkout will not accept an address outside that range — we would rather stop you at the form than take your money and cancel afterwards.

We are working on other cities. Message us and we will tell you when we reach yours.

How long it takes

1–2 days from the moment your payment confirms. Nothing is pulled off a shelf: your pack is filled and sealed after the order lands, which is the reason for the wait and the reason it is fresh.

Orders placed late in the evening are packed the following morning. Deliveries run through the week; Sundays and public holidays can add a day.

What it costs

  • Free on orders of ₹599 and above.
  • A flat ₹59 below that.

The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, and the cart tells you how much more would make it free. There are no other fees — no packaging charge, no handling charge, no surcharge at checkout.

Tracking your order

We send updates on WhatsApp to the number you gave at checkout — that is why it is the one field we ask for. You will hear from us when the order is packed and again when it is on its way. There is no separate tracking page; for an order crossing one city, a message from a human is faster and more useful than a map.

If nobody is home

Our delivery partner will call the number on the order. If they cannot reach you, they will attempt the delivery once more. After a second failed attempt the order returns to us — message us and we will arrange another run for the cost of the delivery.

Adding a landmark at checkout genuinely helps. Nagpur addresses are hard to find without one.

When it arrives

Check the pack before the delivery person leaves if you can. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, tell us within 24 hours — see the refunds and cancellation policy.

Several of our products need refrigerating and none contain preservatives. Get them into the fridge as soon as they arrive, and follow the storage line on the pack.

Bulk and gifting orders

The site caps each item at 20 packs per order. For festive hampers, corporate gifting or a large single delivery, message us and we will arrange the delivery with you directly.
